What's Fixed

Dependency Lockfile

  • ✅ Updated uv.lock to reflect version 0.2.2
  • ✅ Ensures reproducible builds with correct version pinning

Why This Release?

Version 0.2.1 was published to PyPI without the updated lockfile. This patch release ensures the lockfile is in sync with the published package version for developers working from source.

Installation

From PyPI

# Using uv (recommended)
uv pip install dialectus-engine

# Using pip
pip install dialectus-engine

From Source

git clone https://github.com/dialectus-ai/dialectus-engine.git
cd dialectus-engine
uv sync

Minimum Requirements:

  • Python 3.12+
  • httpx >= 0.28.1
  • openai >= 1.105.0
  • pydantic >= 2.11.7

Recommended:

  • uv for fast package management
  • Python 3.13 or 3.14 for best performance
