V6.8R / V6.8I

  • iPod: Display settings gains Battery: Icon, Percent, or Icon + Percent, which shows the level inside a horizontal battery that turns green while charging.
  • A new Bluetooth codec badge such as AAC or LDAC shows for a second, then fades into the Bluetooth icon, which keeps the status bar tidy and leaves room for the percentage.
  • In both releases a double press of the centre button has 200 ms instead of 180 to turn the screen off, so it is easier to hit; a single press opens a row 20 ms later.
  • The parametric EQ takes up to 30 bands, and each band can apply to both channels or only the left or right.
  • Balance corrects a left/right level mismatch in 0.1 dB steps by turning one side down.
  • Equalizer APO presets with Channel: L, Channel: R and Channel: all sections import with each side's preamp, and blank OFF filter slots no longer stop an import.
