Note that `davidia` has been kept at version 1.0.3 rather than updated to the latest version 1.0.5 due to an error encountered by `vite` when loading modules. As it's not critical for development to update the `davidia` at the moment, this is fine for now.
After the MUI update the layout for these forms didn't match how they were before the update.

Update to latest
sci-react-uiversion and compatible MUI version, as well as minor version updates to packages where possible.
