This adds a basic Quick Screens page, which defaults to displaying one of the demo responsive screens when opened directly.
In the bottom right of synoptic displays there is also a button to open the screen in Quick Screens. This currently does nothing except open the existing synoptic on the Quick Screen page. Future PRs will add to this page to allow opening a new, empty Quick Screen and converting .bobs to responsive displays
