Clean release for the shell tokenization fix from v0.4.10. v0.4.10 remains quarantined as a prerelease because the first fallback publication produced an incomplete/mislabeled asset set. These v0.4.11 assets were built from tag v0.4.11 and manually verified for target identity and SHA256 checksums after GitHub hosted runners stayed queued.
