v5.1.1

A fix release. The big one is the codebase map from 5.0: a repo could slip its own text into the hidden session context, and a symlink in the repo could hang the session start until the ruleset never arrived. Both are fixed, and the map now has a one-second limit, so the rules always load.

Also in here: hooks work again when a project pins an old Node, three fixes for OpenCode 2 (compaction cache, command arguments, mention highlights), and /ponytail-debt now skips everything in .gitignore. Thanks to everyone who sent reports and fixes this week.
