Diffo 0.14.1

Diffo 0.14.1 fixes the usages card closing when you click or scroll inside it, and makes it open less eagerly.

Fixed

• The usages card stays while you use it. Clicking a row or scrolling
  the card's list closed it: the list's own scroll read as the page moving.
  It now stays while the pointer is on the name or anywhere in the card,
  closes half a second after you leave both, and crossing the next line on
  the way into the card no longer counts as hovering a new name. It also
  opens less eagerly, after the pointer rests on a name for 600 ms instead
  of 350, and a second name never opens instantly over a shown card. Escape,
  a click elsewhere, scrolling the page, or picking a usage still closes it
  at once.
