A patch release that fixes the summary box in the Submit to GitHub dialog.

Fixed

  • The review summary box in Submit to GitHub stays full size. With
    enough pending comments to make the dialog scroll, the Write/Preview box
    collapsed to an empty strip and you couldn't type a summary. It now keeps
    its height and the dialog scrolls instead.
