Reviewer feedback now reaches agents that can't be woken by a background task.

Fixed

  • Feedback no longer waits on an agent that can't hear it. An agent
    whose background tasks don't wake it, such as Codex, ran diffo poll in
    the background and ended its turn, so reviewer feedback sat unread until
    you typed in chat. The skill now allows a background poll only when its
    completion wakes the session on its own, and otherwise holds the poll in
    the foreground.
