This is python based code to process phenocamera imageries. Extract visible band based time series of vegetation indices mainly Green Chromatic Coordinate (GCC), Excess Green Index (ExG) and Normalized difference of Green & Red (VIgreen) Smooth the time series using Savitzky Golay Filter Rescaling the indices to appear between 0 an 1 Seasonality extraction based on curvature rate change of time series was done using MATLAB Levenberg Marquardt Algorithm
