Fixed

Critical: session_snapshot silently dropped its decisions[] input. The schema advertised the field and the renderer consumed it, but the server dispatch's inline cast type omitted it — every snapshot lost its Decisions section without any error. Fix: one-line type addition. Regression-guarded by new tests covering every schema field.

Doc drift: --help output said MCP Tools (20) — the server actually registers 22 (previous count forgot read_section and read_symbols). README had a hard-coded (21) heading and said "six subagents" when there are now 11. All corrected to count-free phrasing with Tier 1 / Tier 2 tables covering every agent.

Changed

SessionRegistryManager.flushAll() is now attached to SIGINT / SIGTERM alongside beforeExit — the latter doesn't fire on signal-based termination, so cold sessions risked missing their final write.

Audit

This release ships the findings of a post-v0.22.1 independent code review. Four items surfaced; all are addressed and verified.

  • dist/ rebuilt
