v.1.0.1 of Edge-bundling tool for regional mobility flow data

A bug fix and feature update. The bug where origin and destination IDs did not save to the output GeoPackage is now fixed (a big thank you to Andrew Schendl). From popular request, I added the animation script I used to create the mobility flow animation used in LinkedIn/Mastodon/Bluesky posts. I also did some minor formatting of the code to better adhere to flake8.
