This is the DTC version of the PGPy library, which can be used to parse and validate PGP messages.

The differences in this release compared to the PGPy library is that it won't break on PGP messages signed with AEAD packets, wcich is included in the new OpenPGP RFC 9580, which obsoletes the RFC 4880 that the PGPy library was made for. (AEAD is not implemented, it just won't break). It also adds a check for formatting that it won't add required lines more than once.
