Wintermute is a complete separate game installation now

It's located in \Steam\steamapps\common\TheLongDark\tld_dlc\wintermute\tld.exe

Install MelonLoader 0.6.2 on this tld.exe.

Drop the DeveloperConsoleWintermute.dll in the newly created mods folder there.

Start the wintermute\tld.exe directly or create a new shortcut for it for playing Wintermute.

Don't start the story mode through the game menu when you start the game normally through Steam.

When ingame, hit the F1 key to open up the console
