✨ New Feature: User Tags Support

Added the ability to assign a tag to all migrated users.

New parameter:

• --user-tag / USER_TAG — Tag to assign to all created users

Usage:

./remnawave-migrate \
  --user-tag=MIGRATED \
  [other flags...]

Tag requirements:

• Maximum 16 characters
• Uppercase letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and underscores (_) only
