Major Bug Patches

• Debug outlines for player, enemies, weapons, items and more has been disabled and only enabled in dev mode (code repo or download the source code to test it out).
• Better helper methods were added to the preload script.

Optimization needs work but most of this is thanks to electron. Ill see how far i can go before having to rewrite the game in C++ or something.
