• Design System: frontend/design-system.html shows every shared component in every state, in both themes. Run it with npm run design-system in frontend/, or open /design-system.html while the stack runs. Click a colour to copy its hex.

Changed

• Dialogs: Escape or a click outside closes a dialog, focus goes back to the button that opened it, and a dialog that's busy saving stays open.
• Dropdowns and Menus: They open above everything, so a dialog's or card's edge no longer cuts them off, and they work from the keyboard.
• Toasts: Errors stay until you dismiss them, toasts show over an open dialog, and screen readers announce them.
• Focus Rings: Every text field shows a ring when you tab into it.
• Phone Layout: Settings tabs stay on one line and scroll instead of squeezing into vertical letters, and stat cards sit two across.
• Extension: The popup's style picker uses real radio buttons, and a failed hand-over now says so in the popup and with a red ! on the icon.
• One Version: The brand package and the extension now carry Parcourse's version, and CI fails a push where any of them disagree.
