The release tags endpoint never serves draft releases, so the publish
job's post-create polling 404-looped forever; fall back to the release
list (which includes drafts) when the tag lookup misses. Refresh
README/ROADMAP/HANDOFF and add categorized feature docs for the design
system, dockable sidebar, and MakerWorld model preview.
