Release-backed large-file storage (pin >100 MiB working-tree files to Release assets, leave pointers, auto-materialize after clone/pull; multi-GB split into ≤1.5 GiB parts with SHA-256 verify), cloud compression via a SHA-pinned Action, manual browser-upload handoff, a workflow_dispatch-only Super Express fast lane, and cross-lane updater ordering (base-26 z namespace fixing the legacy Squirrel Int32 overflow).
