Sync the wiki with the repository documentation
Brings Feature-Gallery, User-Guide, Home, Developer-Guide and Agent-API
back in line with docs/wiki in the main repository. The largest change is
the command palette, which now covers the whole app, renders a setting's
live control inline, and teleports to the control that owns a feature.
