committed build-installer.bat /s Squirrel.Windows path. Code signing
is permanently disabled. Windows may show an unknown-publisher or
SmartScreen warning. Meadowmark is free and has no purchases.

GitHub Actions ran no tests and no lint. That is the project's
deliberate delivery policy; local checks are reported separately.
