Render: shape family style surface

Shape elements — rectangle, vector, ellipse, star, polygon, line — and slots have no style key list of their own on the render side and fall through to the container list. Each needs the list the read side defines for it.

Fixed in specs-from-figma 89c05e2 (feat/figma-from-specs). Rectangle, vector, ellipse, star, polygon, line, and slot each take the list the read side defines for them, selected by node type in StylesApplier.keysFor. Shapes gain fillColor, which the container list never offered them, and lose the padding and auto-layout keys they have no notion of.
