Dupe glitch Using Block Breaker

Describe the issue

There is a duplication glitch involving blowing up a block breaker

Steps to reproduce

1. Open ATM 10 (Haven't confirmed for other mod packs)
2. Create an obsidian/blast proof box
3. Place 1 TNT and only one next to a block breaker
4. Place any item in the block breaker
5. Blow the block breaker up
6. Pick up your item and the block breaker
7. Place down the block breaker again to find the item still in it, making 2 items

Expected behaviour

The block breaker just drops with the item inside

This is a bit inconsistent, but mostly works. It also might be a problem with another mod, but I'm not sure.

You also have to set delay to 1

The reason it works is because the block breaker is using the item and being blown up at the same time
