CHARM version 0.9.3:
- Tutorial is up and running, for the CHARM app, and for users who want to run "CHARM" locally (eCLIPSE pipeline). The latter allows for integration with rMATS and other event centered splicing tools.
- Several visual and graphical updates were done to the app, improving clarity.
