Fixes
- macOS: required with runtime v2.23.0. The macOS shell's CoreGraphics-filled surfaces (window chrome, cursor, focus ring, launcher, splash, taskbar) are now declared
VK_FORMAT_R8G8B8A8_SRGBwhen the runtime is v2.23.0 or newer (ADR-044 §7, runtime #1795). Runtime v2.23.0 blends these surfaces in linear light and samples them as declared, so an older shell looks washed out on runtime v2.23.0 on macOS — upgrade the shell together with the runtime. On older runtimes this shell keeps declaringUNORMand looks unchanged. Verified on a Mac: opaque pixels are byte-identical to runtime v2.22.2 + the previous shell; only anti-aliased edges differ (now blended in linear light). Windows is unaffected (its surfaces were already format-honest since #119). (#121, #122) - Build: the vcpkg
pthreadsoverlay port now fetches its source from GitHub. (#120)
