Linux launcher (#356, DisplayXR/displayxr-runtime#1831): a Linux build now writes <name>.sh next to the player; point the app's .desktopExec= at it. At launch it starts the player as a native Wayland app (-force-wayland) when on a GNOME Wayland session with the DisplayXR GNOME extension (window drag capability), runtime ≥ 2.28.0 and a Vulkan loader, otherwise under X11. Transparent overlay apps also get -popupwindow. DISPLAYXR_LINUX_BACKEND=wayland|x11 forces one; arguments pass through. Built on Windows, the script must be chmod +x'd on the Linux box.
Fixed
Native-Wayland player (#357): a window mapped at a stale size larger than the panel is resized first and moved once it fits, instead of ending up back on the laptop; moves caused by a resize are undone; size requests are capped at 95% of the destination output so an oversized size is never saved for the next start.
