• Removed the blanket Ctrl swallow so Ctrl now reaches UE. The runtime + shell arbitrate the Ctrl-prefixed chords (Ctrl+L / Ctrl+1/2/3 / Ctrl+Space), so the plugin no longer swallows Ctrl. Requires DisplayXR runtime v1.27.0+ for the chord arbitration. (#667)
