GopShimDxe 1.0

First release of GopShimDxe, an EFI DXE driver that allows Apple Macs made before 2009 to take advantage of the UEFI Graphics Output Protocol.

Instructions for use:

• Add to ESP
• Launch using EFI shell: load \Path\To\GopShimDxe.efi
• Run whatever you want

Limitations:

• Windows 11 does not work (unknown reason, likely a lack of available video modes)
• Some improperly written boot loaders may display corrupted text or have text that goes off the screen
• X64 only (don't have IA32 hardware to test with)
• Not easy to use

Tested and working with rEFInd, Limine, Haiku, and FreeLoader from ReactOS. Untested on all other OSes.
