Star Tracker 1.2.1

Fixes from the Obsidian plugin review:

  • Settings: renamed the "General" heading to "Tasks", fixed sentence case, and turned the week start toggle into a "First day of the week" dropdown.
  • Code: typed frontmatter reads, removed unsafe any casts, handled every promise, used Obsidian's createEl helpers and cross-window instanceOf checks.
  • Build: dropped the builtin-modules package and added GitHub artifact attestations for release files.
