Reader Header Footer v1.0.0

Initial release of Reader Header Footer, a KOReader plugin that adds discreet reading information to the page margins while reading.

This version displays useful indicators directly on the reader screen without adding extra bars or changing the main reading interface. It shows contextual book information, Wi-Fi/time/battery status, pages left, and reading progress, while using regional refreshes to avoid unnecessary full-screen redraws.
