Patch release fixing the JetBrains Defense Cockpit layout for large Evidence Coverage maps.
- Evidence rows now scroll inside a bounded panel.
- The active question, output, and answer controls remain visible with large staged changes.
- Includes the CLI, JetBrains plugin, Codex plugin, Devpost judge kit, and SHA-256 checksums.
- Verified offline: Maven 600 tests (9 skipped) and JetBrains 190 tests (4 skipped).
- Plugin Verifier: compatible with IntelliJ IDEA IU-261 and IU-262.
- Automated tests did not invoke Codex.
