Getting Started

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/yourusername/feedback-system.git
cd feedback-system

2. Install dependencies

npm install

3. Set up environment variables

Create a .env file in the backend directory with your MongoDB URI and any secrets:

MONGODB_URI=your_mongodb_connection_string
JWT_SECRET=your_jwt_secret

4. Start the backend server

cd backend
node server.js

5. Open the frontend

Open frontend/index.html in your browser, or serve the frontend via the backend server (recommended for full functionality):
