Patch Changes

  • #248 5a3d1ee Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - Clearer admin copy, an honest contacts caption and copyable redirect URLs. The contact list's caption counts the brand's people and accounts on either tab; it used to say "0 accounts" on People and "0 people" on Accounts. The Settings page's Google and GitHub redirect URLs wrap only after a / and each has a Copy button. Staff-facing sentences no longer name internal tables or libraries (ai_calls, the outbox, pi-ai's registry, api and worker replicas), and the setup wizard says where outgoing email, the brand and the AI provider are changed later instead of pointing everything at Settings.

  • #244 49d7426 Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - Mixed-direction text, dates and shortcuts in the Arabic admin. Ticket subjects, message and note bodies, contact and account names and help center article titles take their own direction, so an English subject in the Arabic admin keeps its punctuation and truncates from its own end. Email addresses, phone numbers and visitor ids read left to right, so +49… keeps its plus in front. Dates on the contact, staff, security, SSO, widget, AI, macro and retention screens follow the app's language with Latin digits instead of the browser's locale. The contact timeline names each ticket's channel, status and assignee ("Unassigned") in words, and the Details card names the contact's language instead of printing en. The ticket shortcuts j, k, r and n work on an Arabic keyboard layout.

  • #245 646cb8d Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - CAPTCHA: the widget and the hosted web form now check the hostname Turnstile or hCaptcha reports for a solved challenge. A token solved on a site that is not one of the brand's allowed widget origins (widget), or not APP_URL or a verified help center domain (web form), is refused even when the provider accepted it. Cloudflare's dummy test keys report example.com and so no longer pass.

  • #242 fa1aadd Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - Contacts: a deleted ticket no longer appears on a contact's timeline or the ticket screen's Previous tickets, and no longer counts in the timeline's visible and hidden counts, the contact list's ticket counts and CSAT, or the "Has open tickets" filter.

  • #249 4f3b777 Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - Security: Google and GitHub sign-in now bind to the provider account rather than matching its email address on every sign-in. The address makes the first link only where the provider controls it: a Google Workspace account on its own domain, or a Gmail address. Anything else answers oauth-link-required until the person connects the account from a signed-in session (POST /api/auth/oauth/:provider/connect, behind the current password or an authentication code). Connecting and disconnecting are audited (auth.oauth.linked / .unlinked) and email the account holder. Action needed after upgrading: everyone who signs in with GitHub, and anyone who signs in with a consumer Google account on a company address, must sign in once with their password or a sign-in link and then connect the provider again. The security page control for this is still to come, so until then connecting goes through the API.

  • #243 7c088f9 Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - SLA: saving, reordering or deleting a policy, or saving business hours or a holiday, no longer fails with a 500 when an SLA timer fires on one of the open tickets at the same moment. The recompute now locks the tickets it visits, in a fixed order, before it touches their clocks, and waits for the timer instead of deadlocking with it.

  • #246 e013a51 Thanks @Docker-Hunterpedia! - Ticket rows a screen reader can triage, and skeletons while the desk loads. A row in the ticket list used to be announced as its reference and subject alone; it is now named by everything it shows: the priority (said in words, since the dot is only colour), subject, reference, contact, assistant state, status and the SLA as a sentence ("4h left"). The ticket list draws skeleton rows until its first page arrives, and an opening ticket draws the shape of its header and messages instead of a blank panel.
