Fix in PAL4 English Mod v1.1:

Fix the bug which occurs if user never run original config.exe, then config.cfg will always be missing, by adding a default config.cfg file into patch.

Two ways to install

Option A: Downloader-installer (small, ~16 MB)

1. Download PAL4_EnglishMod_Installer_1.1a.exe from Releases.
2. Run it — it will auto-detect your game folder, then download and install the patch automatically.
3. An internet connection is required during installation (the patch is ~1.3 GB).

Option B: Manual patch zip (~1.3 GB)

1. Download PAL4.EnglishMod.Patch.11a.zip from Releases.
2. Extract the zip — you will get a 1.1a/ folder.
3. Copy all files inside 1.0a/ into your game folder.
4. When Windows asks, choose "Replace files in destination".
