Pre-Release v1.0.0b

Pre-release of Mod Configuration Menu before uploading it to ModWorkshop for Road to Vostok. There is an included ExampleModConfig.gd file which shows everything that's needed to setup a config file and how to register your mod with MCM so players can edit the mod. I will be creating a more in depth guide before the full release.
