This is a duplicate of Issue #3494, which already tracks this feature request.

Current status: Compression is not enabled by default. Dokploy's Traefik setup only includes a redirect-to-https middleware. Maintainers have indicated compression should remain optional (not enabled by default) with clear documentation.

Workaround: You can manually enable compression by creating /etc/dokploy/traefik/dynamic/compress.yml:

If you want to contribute a PR, the TypeScript types for Traefik's Compress middleware already exist in the codebase—they just aren't being used yet. A PR would likely need to add a UI toggle or CLI option to enable compression per-application or globally.
