Hi, all. I just installed Dockploy but i can't use any template, it gives no templates found. What can be the issue?

only templates section isn't working. All of other functions are ok.

This is a known issue caused by network connectivity problems when fetching templates from https://templates.dokploy.com. This particularly affects certain geographic regions or hosting providers due to Cloudflare restrictions.

Quick fix: In the "Base URL" field (shown in your screenshot), enter this alternative URL:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Dokploy/templates/refs/heads/canary/

To verify the issue, you can test connectivity from your server:

curl https://templates.dokploy.com/meta.json

If you get a timeout or connection error, that confirms the issue. The GitHub-based URL workaround should bypass the problem.
