Overflow 1.0.0

Overflow 1.0.0 is the first formal source-and-verification baseline for the repository-owned model-to-synthesizable-RTL boundary.

Included scope

  • MX Tensor compute path and independent Vector issue path
  • Decoded-command gateway, on-chip DMA, and 16 MiB Pod-shared SRAM
  • Complete two-cluster compute Pod and managed 2 × 4 Pod mesh
  • Three-plane on-chip NoC, per-Pod CDC, eight HBM-facing routes, and joint Pod/NoC integration
  • KDLink endpoint, router, collective, reliable transport, and digital SerDes RTL
  • Repository-authored HBM models, KD28 SRAM/FIFO models, VIP, packages, formal properties, simulation, lint, synthesis-readiness, timing-view, and coverage assets

Verification evidence

  • Immutable payload: ddd1ada70a917c18c0d7c7e7966563f4d3782706
  • Release attestation: ae0584688be5e219bc30d4cedf4c847293f3978f
  • Release audit: 782 tracked files, 0 errors, 0 holds
  • HBM: 27 functional cases plus RTL BFM passed
  • KDLink: 216/216 model tests, 61/61 RTL tests, 27 lint tops, 7 CDC checks, 13/13 bounded formal proofs, and 48 coverage tests passed
  • Pod array: five seeded 2 × 4 mesh runs passed; coverage line 96.1%, branch 56.1%, expression 77.0%, FSM-state 100.0%
  • NoC: synthesis, CDC, formal, VIP, functional, performance, and coverage gates passed; full-suite coverage line 93.3%, branch 79.4%, expression 63.0%, toggle 40.8%
  • Joint Pod/NoC: 64 control routes, 512 data lane/VC routes, eight commands, and eight distinct Pod clock domains passed

Scope limitations

This release does not claim a complete compiler/runtime/driver product, execution of model weights, measured 2 PFLOPS or 5 TB/s silicon performance, frozen production private-SRAM capacity, exhaustive repository coverage, analog PHY compliance, or post-layout/tapeout signoff. Portable synthesis and timing results are pre-layout engineering evidence.

Licensing and attribution are defined by the repository's SPDX/REUSE metadata and license matrix. The machine-readable release decision is recorded in docs/releases/ACCEPTANCE.json.

Metadata correction

The published history uses the owner-confirmed identities 447209069@qq.com for 王伟林, hnliu1001@gmail.com for 刘浩楠, liujingshun123@gmail.com for 刘京顺, 3174078831@qq.com for 李赟潇, rjliu512@163.com for 刘仁俊, g64infran93dev@gmail.com for 秦天一, 2473048266@qq.com for 陈宏伟, and 18855200880@163.com for 刘婉晴. Author metadata, Co-authored-by trailers, contributor configuration, stable IDs, history mapping, and current release documents were synchronized. RTL, verification, simulator, model, interface, build, and dependency inputs are byte-identical to the regression-passed release content. At the owner's direction the full RTL regression was not repeated; repository and strict release gates passed with zero errors and zero holds after the metadata corrections.
