First desktop release.

Install the MSI (Windows), DMG (macOS), or AppImage (Linux) from the assets below once CI finishes building them — usually a few minutes.

What changed:

Native app via Tauri + librqbit (WebTorrent removed)
Search, downloads, seeding, history, settings, system tray
Browser CLI (npx torlnk) and --tui are search-only
