Firmware and gateware fw-v3.2.0
FX3 firmware, FPGA gateware and the FX3 programmer for the Domesday Duplicator.
The .dddfw is the only file you need. The zip is bench material — JTAG
images, debug companions and provenance records — and you can ignore it unless
you are programming a bare board or inspecting a build.
Updating an existing Duplicator: download the
domesday-duplicator-update-*.dddfw file and open it from the capture
application — Tools ▸ Firmware ▸ Update firmware….
Bringing up a new or legacy board: the same file, opened from Tools ▸
Firmware ▸ Bring up a new or legacy board…. Packaged builds of the application
already carry a copy, so downloading it is only needed when yours does not or
when this release is newer than the one it carries.
Every asset was built by CI from this tag. SHA256SUMS names every file
individually, including the ones inside the zip, so unzipping and running
sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS checks the lot. PROVENANCE.txt records the
toolchains, and bitstream-provenance.txt inside the zip carries the gateware
digests in both release and canonical form so a rebuild can be compared against
them.
The capture application releases separately, under gui-v* tags.
