Added

• Save paused preview frame. Camera button on the preview transport (active only while paused on a frame). Opens a save dialog defaulting to the configured capture folder with name caprust-frame-<time>.png. Renders at full resolution through the same filtergraph as the preview, on a worker thread, with a toast on completion.
• Capture folders in Settings → Paths. Two new entries right after AI models: Saved frames (default Pictures/CapRust) and Recordings (default %APPDATA%/recordings). Both have Browse + X buttons; empty = auto. Screen recording now reads its folder from settings instead of a hardcoded path. Settings import preserves local capture folders.
• Preset categories. Transitions, effects and filters now show category chips above the grid. New presets: wipe (L/R), fade, white, grain, glow.
• Per-clip vidstab stabilization. Detect job with trf cache, per-clip enable in clip properties.
• About tab in Settings. Shows version and commit hash.

Fixed

• Asset browser tab strip is now vertical. Media, Transitions, Effects, Filters and Text tabs sit on the left side of the panel instead of a horizontal strip across the top.
• Playhead time display moved next to undo/redo for better visibility.
• Redundant Add Text button removed from the toolbar.
• Disk-full hardening. Pre-flight guards for preview, export and audio cache (256 MB / 1 GB thresholds) with toast + startup cleanup of stale caprust-audio-*.pcm files.
