Non‐Conformities Managment Canvas
I have been using Canvas Apps since 2018. I've made my deal of Canvas Apps but since developing them is usually time-consuming and tedious, I haven't had much opportunity to develop them in the last year or so and I was mainly supervising their development. Therefore, I am a bit behind on recent updates and newest features and a bit rusty on the rest.
A very simple canvas app consisting of 4 screens. In this app, I've tried to demonstrate how I approach canvas app development. However, this app is still simple and not too polished due to time constraints (developing good-looking, responsive and thought-out canvas apps is quite time-consuming) so please excuse the design. I've tried to be consistent in good practices such as naming conventions, referencing to theme colors etc.
Page containing components whose properties are referenced throughout the app. This is a way in which I am usually handling themes in canvas apps.
A screen containing a simple select buildings gallery.
A screen containing a simple select Non-Conformities gallery.
A screen which allows to create new and edit existing corrective actions. The form overlay is handled with updateContext local variables. The create and the update are handled with a patch function because form is very non-flexible and not convenient at working with lookups.
