Image loading
- Fixed a verified full-image route failure when identical files share an image ID but an earlier imported copy changes or disappears. Thumbnail and original requests now select a matching copy while keeping library/directory identity checks.
- The Lightbox reports recognized load errors and a separate bounded HTTP recheck with image, directory, and library IDs. A successful recheck does not prove what happened to the original request.
- Optional background image and playback-position lookups no longer produce global 404 popups. Repeated unavailable-library read errors show an actionable popup at most once per library per ten minutes; unrelated failures remain visible.
The reported Windows 2.0.4 failure has not been matched to an original file or failed request, and the exact remote-popup report has not been reproduced on that client. These changes address verified source defects and notification paths, not every possible cause of an image load failure.

- Linux x86_64: AppImage, DEB, RPM, ZIP, and native-runtime sources.
- Windows x86_64: portable ZIP and installer. Packages are unsigned; SmartScreen may warn.
- macOS universal: preview DMG and ZIP. The app is ad-hoc signed but not notarized; Gatekeeper may require a first-launch override. This is not a stable macOS support claim.
