Security Policy for Interactive Packed Circles Chart for Jira Last Updated: June 12, 2026
-
Purpose This policy outlines the security measures for Interactive Packed Circles Chart for Jira, a Jira app that visualizes backlogs as interactive packed circle charts. No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted.
-
Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or process any user data.
No Jira credentials, API tokens, or personal information are accessed or retained. No cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies are used.
- App Security
Authentication: The app operates within Jira’s existing authentication framework. Users authenticate via Jira’s native OAuth or session management. Data Access: The app only reads backlog data from Jira in real-time to generate visualizations. It does not write, modify, or store any data.
- Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate with any third-party services (e.g., GA4, GTM, or external APIs). All functionality is self-contained within Jira.
- User Responsibilities
Users must ensure their Jira instance is secure and that they have the necessary permissions to access the backlog data. Users should follow their organization’s security policies when using the app.
- Incident Response
If a vulnerability is discovered, users should report it to bud@rms.ro. We will address critical security issues within 48 hours of discovery.
- Compliance
The app adheres to Atlassian’s security guidelines for Jira apps. (https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/security/).
- Transparency
This policy is publicly available and will be updated if any changes are made to the app’s data handling practices.
