What's new
- Tap cycles reordered to big→small: one press of any grid hotkey now lands on the biggest reasonable region (half, quadrant, or fullscreen), and each additional tap progressively shrinks toward the 1/3 × 1/3 grid cell.
- ⌘⌥K: fullscreen → center 1/3×1/3 → center 1/3 × full height
- ⌘⌥J / L / I / , : half → third → 1/3×1/3 edge cell → two-thirds band
- ⌘⌥U / O / M / . : 1/2×1/2 quadrant → 1/3×1/3 corner cell → 2/3×2/3 corner
- Update checker: the app now checks GitHub Releases on launch (and every six hours) and surfaces "Update available" in the menu bar + About window when a newer tag is published. Clicking opens the release page — no in-place install yet (waiting on Developer ID signing).
Install
- Download
WindowKit-v0.2.5.zip below.
- Unzip and drag WindowKit.app to
/Applications.
- First launch: grant Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
⚠️ WindowKit is ad-hoc signed. If you're upgrading in place, remove the old WindowKit entry from the Accessibility list, killall WindowKit, drag the new app in, and toggle it on.
