What's Changed

• Upgrade Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub from 10.0.300 to 10.0.401 to address a vulnerable build dependency, by @vidaritos in #42.
• Migrate Azure Digital Twins health checks to Azure.ResourceManager.DigitalTwins 1.3.2, replacing the deprecated management and Fluent SDKs. Remove the explicit System.Text.RegularExpressions dependency. See #43 and 80fd11bb.

Breaking Change: Azure Digital Twins

• Both AddAzureDigitalTwin overloads and the AzureDigitalTwinSubscriptionHealthCheck constructors now require the full Azure resourceId.
• Replace Microsoft.Rest.ServiceClientCredentials with Azure.Core.TokenCredential, such as DefaultAzureCredential or ClientSecretCredential. The client ID/client secret/tenant ID overload also accepts the new required resourceId argument.
• The liveness check now reads the specified Digital Twins resource through Azure Resource Manager. Grant the credential permission to read that resource, for example the Reader role at resource scope.
• For custom derived health checks, ManagementClientConnections now stores ArmClient, CreateManagementClient() returns ArmClient, and the protected ServiceClientCredentials field has been removed.
