Features

  • Downloader: now loading the CA bundle
  • MicroarrayConverter: now supports json metadata as first line in the template, prepended by ##
  • Added some shortcuts:
    • Ctrl+Shift+R: reload the current file file ignoring the .pickle file
    • Ctrl+R: reload the file
    • Ctrl+G: open genome directory in a file explorer
    • Ctrl+D: open the directory where the current loaded file is stored

Bugfix

  • Converter: fixed a bug that was ordering incorrectly autosome sequences in some cases
  • Fixed MtDNA length sequence for CRS and RSRS
  • Orderer: deprecated and removed the class
