About this release

This release adds the command chroncal event rsvp <id|uid>. Set the reply of the calendar owner with --status ACCEPTED|DECLINED|TENTATIVE. The command refuses an owner without an invitation. The command writes the local attendee row. It does not send an iTIP reply.
