Documentation

Now, an in-depth documentation is provided on how to use the ReportAnnotationGUI, specifically focused on non-technical users, i.e. actual end users.

Standalone downloads

Using PyInstaller, every release now includes a standalone version of the GUI for Windows and macOS (Intel). Currently, ARM (M1 processor) for macOS is not supported, might still work, but will probably break when using the UMLS matching.
