v2.4.2 — Project sidebar: Summary + Recent Activity

A small UI release that adds two persistent blocks to the left panel on the project page.

What's new

  • Summary — when AI analysis has been run for a project, the suggested title and summary now appear in the left sidebar, beside the player and transcript. Previously the summary lived only inside the AI Analysis tab.
  • Recent Activity — a per-project activity log now records transcribe, AI analysis, clip add/remove, story build/delete, and rename events. The six most recent entries show in the left sidebar with relative timestamps ("2m ago", "1h ago", …). The log is stored in activity.json under each project and capped at 50 entries.
  • Sidebar ordering — Summary sits at the top, Story Builder's Stories and Your Clips panels appear when that tab is active, and Recent Activity is pinned to the bottom on every tab so it's always in the same place.

No changes to transcription, export, or analysis behavior. No data migration — existing projects gain Recent Activity entries from the next action you take.

Installation

  1. Download Doza-Assist-2.4.2.dmg below
  2. Open it and drag Doza Assist to your Applications folder
  3. Double-click to launch

If you had v2.4.1 installed, drag the new app over the old one — your projects and preferences at ~/Library/Application Support/DozaAssist/ are untouched.
